The GE Wave works in conjunction with various attachments depending on the complexity of the control scheme that’s needed. The Wave Biotech O2Mix20 provides your bioreactor cell bags with O2 conditioned air into the cell bag headspace to maintain pressure and control oxygenation. This air controller is designed to work in tandem with the Biotech Bioreactors, inflating, ventilating, and maintaining pressure for aeration and pH control of mammalian cell cultures. The regulator of this mixer adjusts the gas pressure, measures the O2 concentration with a zirconium-oxide O2 sensor, and maintains the user’s set point, between 21 to 50%.
